Yes! Free pickup is available in the parking lot at Publix at RiverTown Shoppes. Sam’s Crafted Creations is not located inside or affiliated with Publix; Publix is simply the designated meeting location for pickup. Local delivery is available to St. Johns, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fleming Island and Green Cove Springs for an additional fee. Delivery fees vary by location. Areas outside the listed service area may also be considered depending on location and availability.

Submitting an Order Request does not automatically confirm your order. I’ll review your requested items, date and pickup or delivery details first. If i’m able to accommodate your request, I’ll send you an invoice with a secure payment link. Your order is officially confirmed once your invoice has been paid.

Once your Order Request is approved, you’ll receive an invoice with a secure payment link and the available payment options. Full payment is required to confirm your order.

Absolutely! I’m happy to consider custom flavors and special requests depending on availability and the type of order. I offer items such as sourdough, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, cake pops and other baked treats, but i do not currently offer layered cakes. Please include your request in the Special Requests / Notes section of the Order Request and I’ll let you know what I’m able to accommodate.

For the best quality, keep your sourdough at room temperature in a bread bag or airtight container. For longer storage, slice and freeze your loaf so you can enjoy it as needed.

To refresh your loaf: Lightly dampen the outside with water and place it directly on the oven rack at 375°F for about 8-15 minutes, or until the crust id crisp and the center is warmed through. It’ll taste freshly baked again!

Cookies and muffins should be stored in an airtight container. Any items requiring refrigeration will include specific storage instructions.

Sam’s Crafted Creations products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common food allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame.
